Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We offer a 14 day freepost returns policy for all items sent to the British mainland. Items must be returned unopened in a re-saleable condition with all accessories and instructions to qualify for a refund of the original purchase price excluding P&P. The cost of returns for offshore sales will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, and we also have a maximum shipping charge of £6.95 to the British mainland (Excludes large/bulky items). There will be an additional charge for cross-water deliveries. Please contact us in advance of bidding/buying to confirm the exact cost of cross-water shipping.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: For items dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class you can expect to receive you order in 1-3 working days and for items sent by Initial City Link 1-2 working days. A signature will be required for the majority of deliveries.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and handling varies with each item, but usually falls into one of the following bands; Royal Mail 1st class delivery £1.95, £2.95, £3.95, £4.95 and sometimes £5.95. Initial City Link courier delivery £5.95, £6.95 or sometimes £9.95 for large/heavy items. For offshore delivery prices please contact us prior to bidding or buying.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Generally not, but some small items where specified can be sent internationally e.g. Ducti Wallets. Please contact us by email before making a purchase.

Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: Yes, all the prices quoted, including shipping are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. We always supply a full VAT receipt with your order.
