Our satisfaction guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund the purchase price of any item (excluding any shipping charges) provided you do not open or use it and you contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of your intention to return it. You must return the item to us, in its original condition and suitably packed within 14 days of receipt.

All our items are guaranteed against fault for 12 months (excludes any damage sustained in normal use) from the date of purchase, if you need to return an item to us for repair under guarantee then please contact us to arrange this.

Satisfaction guarantee - Terms & Conditions:

All items must be returned in their original packaging.
All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, having not been used and with the package seals intact.
The cost of return postage for unwanted items will be the responsibility of the purchaser
Reasonable return postage charges for faulty items will be refunded to the purchaser once the item has been tested
Lasable reserve the right to arrange collection or issue a freepost returns address for the faulty item if appropriate
Liability for the items is limited to the original purchase price from Lasable
